The session will include the Board President’s Report, the presentation and approval of Financial Statements, the appointment of the Auditor, and Elections (including existing members, terms, and bylaws acclamation). A final agenda will be shared with registered attendees shortly.

Membership & Proposals

Please note that in accordance with our bylaws, any voting or non-voting member proposals must have been received at least seven (7) days prior to the issuance of this notice.
